Burdeans Ako

 



Burdeos, Quezon. This is a place where my heart lies, my home. I was born and spent my childhood here.







Burdeos is a town in polilio Island.It has 16 barangay. It is known for its product lambanog, a wine came from a nipa. Burdeans also made copra, came form a coconut.

                                                                      




Burdeos is rich from sea water’s resources crabs shrimps, squids and fish are abundant here. It has different kind of banana such as saba, lacatan, turdan and others. Burdeos as part of Polillo(Butaan can only be found), the endangered specie Butaan can be seen here.

The beach in Burdeos is one thing that a Burdeans can be proud of. Since it is in an Island, the main source of living of burdeans is fishing making copra as well.



Aside from its beautiful places  you will love this town because of the people live here.People in Burdeos, Quezon are hospitable. Once you get here, they will welcome you warmly. "Ado, Ay tuloy po kayo". In the faces of the Burdeans you will see a smile even in trials and difficulties. The Burdeans are friendly, you will love spending your vacation with them.

The town of Burdeos is celebrating the feast of patron St. Rafael Archangel during October
23-24. And most of the barangays are celebrating the feast of their patron during the months of April and May.
